Does it deliver?

Ample parking made it easy to access the motel,, and staff provided an really good level of service.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with noticeable stains and a less-than-fresh vibe.

The room really smell humidity. The location is not so close from the finger lakes (45 minutes drop Ithaca)

The rooms were clean and had a mini fridge which worked perfectly for our drinks and snacks. It's close to several attractions and made exploring easy. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hot options were a nice touch. Staff was friendly too!

It was a hassle, but luckily it got resolved after contacting customer service.

Room was very small & smelled musty. View from window was terrible, had to keep blinds closed which made the room very dark.

The room was really spacious and comfortable for our family with one kid. We appreciated the quick check-in and ample parking. Plus, the location was perfect, just off the highway and close to downtown Cortland.

My children wished there were more safety features, especially in the bathroom.

We had issues with TV which were fixed but was as bit inconvenient, thought price was expensive and due to cable installation hotel was a mess

Very friendly and helpful staff, even helped me carry in our bags while my wife took care of our infant son. The building, grounds and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Would diffidently stay there again if we return to the area.

Not a lot to do in the area it's self, but we were in town for a wedding.

This place surprised me in a good way. The room was spacious and super clean, with a cozy bed that felt amazing after a long day. There was a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was attentive, quickly responding to my questions. I noticed the nearby minimart offered convenient snacks and drinks. The shower really needed a safety bar. It felt a bit awkward without one, especially considering that anyone could slip. I wished for more variety at the snack bar, but overall, I had a pleasant stay without major issues.

Seems a bit dated, but it was comfortable

The bed felt like really good. My time was spent in this room because it was to comfortable to leave. I didn't even wake up for breakfast ! The food smelled really good.

An over zealous housekeeper who came into my room unannounced and disrupted my blissful sleep. The television should have NYC stations without having to pay for them.

I previously stayed in mcgraw and was impressed with the value offered here. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfy bed that allowed for a great night's sleep. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns this stay exceed my expectations.
